1.- To which countries and geographical areas does 11 TESOROS IBÉRICOS serve?

11 TESOROS IBÉRICOS serves almost to all the countries of the European Union except island areas and overseas departments or collectivities.

Serves Spain (throughout the peninsula), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, France (except Corsica, Mayotte, Reunion, French Guiana, Martinique and Guadeloupe), Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy (except Sardinia and Sicily), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom (except in the Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernsey), Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

2.- When does the order start?

The order is launched at the moment that 11 TESOROS IBÉRICOS has confirmed that the order has been correctly paid.

3.- How long does it take to receive the purchase?

Once the order is put into operation it takes about 2 to 3 working days for its preparation to which to which the duration of the transport must be added.

For the peninsula we estimate about 24 to 72 hours of transport, depending on the transport service hired, so in total we estimate about 3 to 6 working days to receive it.

For outside the peninsula we estimate about 2 to 6 working days, so we estimate about 5 to 10 working days to receive it.

The preparation of orders that contain Knife Cut products are subject to a processing time of one week.

4.- What are the product categories and what are they?

The product categories are the different groups of products that we have and that are distinguished by the main menus of the portal. Specifically, the categories that we currently have are:

- Hams and Shoulders

- Sausages

- Cheeses

- Olive Oils

- Wines

- Packs and Gifts

5.- Does transportation work in the same way for all product categories?

Shipments of products are made from the origin so each category of products has a specific type of transport costs associated.

For Hams, Shoulders, Sausages and Cheeses:

The sliced products have a weight of 150 grams per envelope and the products by pieces are considered for the purposes of prices and shipments that have the average weight of the selected weight range, even if the actual piece has a slightly higher or a little lower weight but always within that range.

1.- For shipments within the Iberian Peninsula, either Spain or Portugal.

Free shipping for orders over 7,5Kg, if the order is less than 7,5Kg the shipping is 4,95€ (VAT included) per order.

2.- For insular shipments within Spain, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal.

Temporary insular shipments are not made to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Portuguese islands.

3.- For shipments outside Spain, shipments are made to the following countries and with the following prices (VAT Included):

Temporary shipments are not made to the following destinations:

(1) In France we do not serve in Corsica, Mayotte, Reunion, French Guiana, Martinique and Guadeloupe

(2) In the United Kingdom we do not serve on the Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernsey
