Espirbel de Mitarte is a balanced, persistent wine with a long fruity finish made from 95% Tempranillo and 5% Viura grapes from vineyards in the municipality of Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Harvested by hand in the last week of October and aged for months in new French and American oak barrels, we obtain a wine that is ideal for rice dishes, fish, aperitifs and fried foods.
The Mitarte Crianza is an intense and elegant wine made entirely with the Tempranillo variety from vineyards over 40 years old in Labastida, in the Rioja Alavesa. From manual harvesting during the second fortnight of October and aged for 12 months in new French 30% and American 70% oak barrels. It is an ideal wine for Iberian hams and sausages, meat, rice dishes and baked fish.

Mitarte Entrepeñas is an elegant wine with a tropical background made entirely from the Viura variety from vineyards called Entrepeñas that are over 50 years old in Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. It is harvested by hand in the second week of October and aged for four months in French oak barrels, with three months' rest in the barrels, where the "Battonage" technique is used to enhance the wine's qualities. The result is an ideal wine for fish, rice and hors d'oeuvres.
The Mitarte Crianza La Secreta is an intense and elegant wine made entirely with the Tempranillo variety from vineyards over 40 years old in Labastida, in the Rioja Alavesa. It is harvested by hand during the third week of October and aged for 8 months in Fudre, this wine is ideal for seafood, lightly salted fish and aperitifs.
Mitarte Mazuelo is an intense, different and spectacular wine made entirely from the Mazuelo variety from hundred-year-old vineyards in Haro, in the heart of Rioja. It is harvested by hand at the beginning of November and aged for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels at 50%, it is an ideal wine for Iberian hams and sausages, white and red meats, aperitifs and fish in sauce.

Puro Vicio de Mitarte is a fine, flavoursome wine with a fruity background made from a combination of Viura, Malvasía, Moscatel, Garnacha and Caragraño grapes from our own vineyards in the municipality of Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. Harvested by hand in the fourth week of September and the first week of October, fermented in concrete tanks and aged for an additional 6 months in the bottle. The result is an ideal wine for foie and lightly fatty fish.
