The Mitarte Crianza La Secreta is an intense and elegant wine made entirely with the Tempranillo variety from vineyards over 40 years old in Labastida, in the Rioja Alavesa. From manual harvesting during the second fortnight of October and aged for 12 months in new French 30% and American 70% oak barrels. It is an ideal wine for Iberian hams and sausages, red meats, hunting and roasts.

Mitarte Entrepeñas is an elegant wine with a tropical background made entirely from the Viura variety from vineyards called Entrepeñas that are over 50 years old in Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. It is harvested by hand in the second week of October and aged for four months in French oak barrels, with three months' rest in the barrels, where the "Battonage" technique is used to enhance the wine's qualities. The result is an ideal wine for fish, rice and hors d'oeuvres.
Mitarte Blanco(White) is a mellow, light and fresh wine made entirely from the Viura variety from vineyards over 45 years old in Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. It is harvested by hand, it is an ideal wine for fish, rice and aperitifs.

Mitarte Excéntrico is an aromatic, fresh and very pleasant wine made with the Garnacha Blanca variety from young vineyards in Labastida, in the heart of Rioja Alavesa. It is harvested by hand during the third week of October and aged for 8 months in Fudre, this wine is ideal for seafood, lightly salted fish and aperitifs.
